Capital II Management
Benjamin Capital II Fund is a distressed real estate investment fund that seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by acquiring non-performing loans, semi-performing loans, and foreclosed real estate assets at significant discounts to their underlying collateral value. Rather than relying on market appreciation, the fund focuses on creating value through the efficient resolution of distressed assets using strategies such as loan workouts, deed-in-lieu agreements, short sales, foreclosures, and REO dispositions. Management believes current market conditions—including rising delinquencies, affordability pressures, and investor liquidations—are creating a compelling opportunity to acquire assets below intrinsic value, providing downside protection and the potential for strong returns. The fund targets an 18%–22%+ IRR and leverages the leadership team’s extensive experience in distressed real estate across multiple market cycles to identify, acquire, and monetize opportunities efficiently.
