MLG Private Fund VII is a diversified closed-end private real estate fund targeting a $400 million equity raise and approximately $1.15 billion in total asset value across 25 or more investments. The fund primarily targets multifamily properties while also pursuing opportunities in industrial, retail, and office real estate, with an emphasis on geographic diversification, disciplined underwriting, value creation, and moderate leverage of approximately 65% of all-in acquisition costs.
