This capital will support Carta’s continued expansion within its core markets and into new territories. Investments are protected by real estate collateral tied to every loan in the portfolio and all other assets of Carta Capital. In exchange, Clotine Capital receives fixed, interest-only payments, generating consistent and predictable cash flow for investors.
