investors, then began including friends and family as the demand for their private loans grew. They launched REI
Capital Guys to open these opportunities to more people, offering a way to diversify out of Wall Street and into
Main Street, where investments help fund real projects in real communities. The firm makes short-term loans to
experienced real estate operators across residential and commercial asset types. Every loan is backed by real
estate and meticulously underwritten with conservative loan-to-value limits, usually 65 to 70%, to protect investor
principal. Funds are diversified across many loans to reduce investor risk, and returns are fixed and predictable,
ranging from 7 to 10 percent annually depending on the investment amount. Investors gain access to consistent
income without the hassle of managing properties, construction, or a loan portfolio, while being part of a growing
community focused on building wealth through real estate and supporting development across the country.
