AWP DFII is continuing the successful strategy of AWP Diversity Fund I, targeting assets that can generate a blended return that aims to outperform the market. AWP DFII will focus heavily on manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy. AWP has a robust pipeline of acquisitions, each with a high-growth, cash flow generating strategy. AWP DFII will focus on generating double-digit dividends within 3 years with a target multiple of 3-5X in 5-7 years. AWP Diversity Fund II has over 10 identified opportunities that capital can be deployed to in Y1, maximizing the investment period and potential for earlier and larger exits. AWP believes our ability to source, vet, and fund opportunities will be a competitive edge as we compete with larger private equity funds in our spaces. Our diversified portfolio of assets aims to give investors exposure to venture capital investments while mitigating risk with real assets such as real estate, working interest, commodities, etc.. Alternative Wealth Partners believes that having the right balance between correlated and non-correlated assets will result in better than market rate, tax-incentivized, impactful returns.
