Benjamin Capital II Fund is a distressed real estate investment fund that seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns by acquiring non-performing loans, semi-performing loans, and foreclosed real estate assets at significant discounts to their underlying collateral value. The fund targets an 18%–22%+ IRR and leverages the leadership team’s extensive experience in distressed real estate across multiple market cycles to identify, acquire, and monetize opportunities efficiently.
