Wellings Capital is a real estate private equity firm established in 2015 that seeks to help high earners and high net worth individuals protect and grow their wealth through private commercial real estate investing.
1,100+ investors across our investment vehicles have joined us to invest in manufactured home communities, multifamily apartments, self-storage facilities, and other private real estate asset types across the US.
Our current portfolio is valued at over $500 million with over $225 million of investor equity under management as of March 31, 2026.
Our goal is to provide investment opportunities that give investors diversification across historically recession-resistant asset classes, multiple vetted operators, geographies, properties, and strategies. We also aim to secure better terms and access to deals that individual investors could not get on their own. Lastly, we perform intense due diligence on the operators and deals, and we share our results with current and prospective investors.

Investment Strategy
Wellings Capital is currently raising two real estate investment funds: Wellings Evergreen Income Fund and Wellings Growth Fund II. Each Fund provide an on-ramp for investors to access a diversified portfolio of carefully vetted commercial real estate deals.
The Wellings Evergreen Income Fund is an open-ended real estate fund designed to provide investors with steady income and some long-term capital appreciation, along with built-in redemption flexibility.
The Wellings Growth Fund II is a closed-ended real estate fund focused on generating long-term capital appreciation.
