A Few Tips

Are there any investment exceptions or prohibited transactions to keep in mind before investing?

Yes, they include:  

  • Real Estate for personal or family use. Investment Real Estate is fine. 
  • Collectibles such as fine wine, art,  or sports memorabilia.
  • An investment that provides you or a family member current benefit. 
  • You cannot pay your Life, and other Insurance costs if that insurance can provide a direct or current benefit to you or your family.
